Our Property:

This is our 5000 square foot recently-constructed, custom-designed executive home with private guest suite (separate from the main house).

It is set on over 300 acres of complete seclusion with a stunning view of the entire Ossipee Mountain Range.

Our property is located just a 5 minute drive from the Sandwich, NH village. Our acreage provides miles of hiking trails through ideal wildlife habitat.

Deer, Bear, Moose, Coyote and Turkey are common. You will not see another home for the last mile of your drive to our property and our 180-degree mountain view is virtually void of any signs of man for over three miles in any direction.

Our lands abut an additional 600 acres of conservation/recreation land. It includes a 173-acre lake teaming with largemouth bass and a state-managed trout pond a short walk from our front door. Both waters are undeveloped.

In the evening, the occasional call of a Loon, Coyote, or Baird Owl is the only sound to interrupt the silence while stargazing. Angling, Hiking, Mountain Climbing, Swimming (a visitor's pass to Squam Lake beach is provided for our guests, or you can try a cool mountain stream swim in the "Pot Holes" just up the road).

Upscale accommodations in a secluded, exclusively private setting is what we offer. You will not be disappointed.

The Guest Suite:

We cater to Anglers and Outdoor Enthusiasts.

Our guest suite is ideal for singles or couples, but can accommodate up to four guests. This private, massive 1800 sq. ft. post and beam suite (with twenty foot cathedral ceilings) is separate from the main house.

It includes a spacious master bedroom, queen-size bed with handmade quilts, wood stove, private bath and 100 sq. ft. balcony offering the most spectacular view on the property.

The living area includes a half bath, large wood stove, balcony, TV with HBO/SHOWTIME package, DVD, CD, built-in surround sound, billiard table, 16 foot wet bar (complete with polished granite countertops, bar fridge and microwave). A 300 sq. ft. loft with ship's ladder provides two additional beds.

Original artwork and fine oriental rugs compliment this huge post and beam open-concept designed to provide complete comfort.

FROM INTERSTATE ROUTE 93:

Take exit 24 towards downtown Ashland, NH.
Go 0.7 miles. Turn left onto US Rte. 3/NH Rte. 25.
Go 3.8 miles. Turn left onto NH Rte. 113.
Go 11.7 miles to Center Sandwich, NH.
Continue straight onto Rte. 109.
Go 1.8 miles.
Turn left onto Little Pond Road (first paved road on left).
Go 0.7 miles (past pond on left).
Turn left onto Top Of The World Road
(gravel road on left).
1.0 mile to first driveway on right.

FROM NEW HAMPSHIRE ROUTE 16:

In Ossipee, N.H. from NH Rte. 16
turn onto NH Rte. 25 West (towards Meredith, NH).
Go 9.8 miles. Turn right onto Little Pond Road.
Go 1.0 mile.
Turn right onto Top Of The World Road
(second right).
1.0 mile to first driveway on right.
(Look for Sandwich Country Angler sign.)

FROM MEREDITH, NH:

At intersection of US Rte. 3 and NH Rte. 25
turn East onto NH Rte. 25
(towards Moultonborough, NH).
Go 9.6 miles. Turn left onto NH Rte. 109.
Go 2.8 miles. Turn right onto Little Pond Road.
Go 0.7 miles (past pond on left).
Turn left onto Top Of The World Road
(gravel road on left).
1.0 miles to first driveway on right.
(Look for Sandwich Country Angler sign.)

Note: Guide Service includes any fishing equipment (advance notice required), flies, transportation, stream-side lunch.

We are smoke free, but your balcony is not.

Rates:

Guest Suite: $150/night double occupancy (includes hors d'oeuvres and full country breakfast served privately in-suite).

Fly Fishing Guide Service: $275/day one person, $300/day two persons (wade, bellyboat or canoe)
Includes transportation, stream-side quality lunch, all flies. (Other fishing gear provided w/ advance notice.)

Charter Boat Fishing: Approx. $300 for Trophy Trout and Salmon on the big lakes (5 to 6 hrs. dock to dock).

Two-Day, Two-Night Guided Fly Fishing Package: $800 (two people) includes full accommodation and guiding listed above. (Dinners provided upon request.)
